Start with a short call about the coming season
The useful first conversation is about fifteen minutes: how many people at your firm need CPD, which areas matter most, and whether there is a consortium that fits. You will get a season shape and a price per person out of it.
Seasons are planned over the spring and run across the fall season, so the best time to talk is before the programme is built.
